Andy_s-TT-Supra
I'm looking to get a set of wheels p but I'm not sure if the sizes will be suitable and need some help / guidance please. The wheels are 18 x 9 and 18 x 10 with a +41 and +48 offset I have a stock bodied jspec supra so just wondered if they would sit right with those stats
James
The fronts will sit 3.7mm closer to the suspension by and poke out 21.7mm more than OEM 17" wheels (17x8 ET50). The rears will sit 4.4mm closer to the suspension by and poke out 8.4mm more than OEM 17" wheels (17x8 ET50). My previous wheels (CCW Classics) were 12.7mm (front) / 21.1mm (rear) closer to the strut and poked 12.7mm (front) / 17.1mm (rear) more than these wheels you're looking at. From that, you should be fine for clearances. What is the centre bore? Needs to be 60.1mm, so you'd need some spigot rings if they're different. Andy_s-TT-Supra
Excellent thank you for taking the time to reply. The centre bores are 60.1 so all good there. Nic
These wheels are 18x9 +32 and 18x10 +32 which are just about flush with the stock wheel arches (more pics HERE). In comparison the wheels you are considering will sit 9mm further inwards at the front and 16mm inwards on the rear, so should fit no problem. I assume the wheels are the correct PCD? (bolt hole number and size) the Supra PCD is 5x114.3 Edited October 15, 2015 by Nic (see edit history)

Andy_s-TT-Supra
Thanks for all your help and feedback. They are 114.3 so all good for the supra, I just wasn't sure how they'd sit on the arches
Andy_s-TT-Supra
The wheels I've decided to get are the veilside Andrew racing V alloys. A few of the inner rims have pitting but I intend to get them refurbed at some point and all the bolts replaced. I've read a few things about them but are these pretty good rims for the supra and are there any pros or cons to them if they need a refurb?
