Brazil
I just gone and bought a new BMW 4 Series Sport Cabrio '2d' 184bhp to be used as my daily car! I have not test drove one, but having owned 2 other BMW's I have full faith in the brand and also read several reviews comparing the 4 series to the Audi A5 which was a contender but the Series 4 gets the upper hand. The car is a demo car with 10k miles and 8 months old with plenty extras 'Step tronic gearbox, sports seats to name some' the sticker price was 67k euros and I bought it for 51k so that initial 20 to 30% drop for driving out of the show room has been paid by BMW. BMW offer 2 year warranty and 5 year service. I am offshore Namibia, so looking forwards to picking this bad boy up. I might as well get used to the BMW gear box before joining all the rage replacing my 6 speed manual for it on the Supra!
JordanC
Very nice! I've always fancied a BMW as a daily, using a 1.2 K12 micra atm so it would be a nice step up, even an older 3 series!!

Good thing is they drop value like a stone so you get a lot of car for your money! Good job you got a decent discount
j_jza80
BMW are a fantastic marque, though I would concede that they have somewhat lost their way in recent years. They still produce some corkers though, the M235i being my favourite in the current lineup.
Havard
I wouldn't have a Beemer if you paid me. Horrible, horrible cars, give me a Supra anyday. *Dyed in the wool Supra fan*. H.

'The E class doesn't have a hard top convertible neither has Audi and on reviews the 4 series is a better car than the Audi A5 'which styling is a a bit out of date. Gaz6002
C-Class Coupe is A5 rival. Also, the 4 Series is absolutely miles better than the Audi. Trust me. Good buy!

Since I have not test drove it, I have no idea what's it like! Though I test drove a new 318d with 143 bhp and I thought it was a nice car so hopping to enjoy the 4 series. We're on completely different levels of spending bud, I couldn't even comment as to what I would have if that was my daily drive spend. It wouldn't be a BMW/Audi/Merc though
MattP
A new BMW 435D Coupe is next on the cards for me, I have had new A5 2.0I 2.0TDI 3.0TDI and an S5 over the past year and quite frankly they have all been rubbish horrible to drive especially the 2.0TDI non quattro I drove although Im really having major issues with my current S-tronic box which is like driving a tractor. the BMW is leagues ahead in terms of refinement I certainly wont be looking at another Audi for a daily any time soon. I am glad I went for the Series 4! I test drove the Audi A5 Sportback '4 door' and there was no buzz in it for me! As a daily I believe the 420d will tick all my boxes and when I want to go fast I have my single turbo supra 'when ever it gets finished' but that's the idea! Think that was lost on everyone... I have a 320d Gt (the hatchback 3 series) with the auto box. Nice for wafting up and down the motorway but feels a bit flat. Paddle shift responds well in sport and sport+ modes! nothing like the Mercedes flick the paddle, count to 5 and then the gears change.
