HID Fog Lighst Loom Advice Please :)

Hey all.

Ok I have a hid kit for my full and main beams. I also have a kit on my fog lights.

My HID kit on my fogs used to work. But moisture started to enter the head lights as I didn't use the cap that covers the fog light bulb access.

So I thought I'd better do a better job and do the while cut and solder feeding the wires through the OEM holes of the fog light cap (after drilling them to make them bigger).

I also soldered and heat shrink the connections from the OEM fog loom to the ballast.

But ever since then there not working. I can't understand why. I even bought some new bulbs and before cutting them I just plugged them in an still no luck.

So I can only assume the fog light plug that goes to the ballast isn't wired correctly where I have soldered it into. And missed something real obvious.

I checked via google search but can only find instruction on how to do it on facelift not pre facelift. But the principle is the same.

I have put some pics below to see if anyone can shed some light light to help me. I have facelift lights hence the extended side light length.

Thanks

Paul
