RS6 in blue.

Had the pleasure of looking at a RS6 today in a loverly blue colour, certainly looked the business.

Apparently running 710 hp.

Believed to be an engine mappers car, or so I was told by the person I spoke to who knew the owner.

Looked loverly I must say - although mega money apparently.

Awesome car, you thinking of buying?

No no no.

I am very happy with my Supra, shouldn't ever imagine I will change it.

I just saw one in a garage was a visitor parked up, and I've never personally seen one in the flesh before.

Was quiet a striking sight, especially the blown arches, wheels, brakes etc.

Was it fairly new? Think they are V8 Twin Turbo. Think they look pretty nice!

My colleagues RS6 set fire to itself after one lap of the nurburgring! An a lot of things kept going wrong with it, granted it isn't the newer model they still seem to be unreliable which puts me off them.

It looked pretty much brand new.

I think it was the v10 twin turbo, but I am not that up on audi model engine combos or year of change over.

Thinking about it I think it was a 63 plate.

Good luck with the fuel bill. Rob Wild (who is not short of a bob or two), was somewhat taken aback by the amount of fuel it used. Think his was about 600Hp.

H.

Mine was the C6 version V10 5.0L and it was naughty fast! It was running 750hp but 1050nm of torque which ace but I never saw more than 10mpg ever lol once got it down to 1mpg :D

Ha with four wheel drive, and the foot print of the size of the wheels I saw I bet it corners like a train.

That's absolutely crazy fuel consumption though.

I also think it would look great in yellow with black details, although I will only ever be a spectator at this sort of money.
