Nodalmighty
Like your photoshopping skills in the first pic with that number plate Lyndon keep the pics coming! That was put on when it left Silverline Racing about 2 years ago. Apparently it is illegal to have another Reg number showing when on a trailer. How true that is I don't know but his rules as it was collected for free. I have no idea how long it will take. It's out of my hands. I have to go back and strip the chassis loom of the car prior to work starting on the cage. The dash and panels and door cards are flocked ready. Once Warner has done his bit it's off to Craig at Dyno Torque for the drive train work. A least another 12 months I would say, possibly longer. It's been off the road for quite a while already so I'm used to patience. Lyndon.
Nodalmighty
Chopped out the chassis loom today so Warner can start making the roll cage. No loom in the back aside form demister, lights and fuel pump flying tails. When there is more substantial progress I'll take some more pics. I'm leaving the JDL skirts and repairing and blending them. They seem to be araldited on and would cause to much damage to remove them. Lyndon. Nodalmighty
Steel ordered for the cage. I've decided to keep it silver and just give it a blow over. Silver Supras are quite uncommon these days (and it matches the van). Lyndon
Nodalmighty
Starting to amass part for the engine. Meaning less to most of you but these are the most powerful stock coil available. Made by AC Delco for light Truck and heavy duty commercial vehicles. They are so powerful they need there own built in heat sinks. 120 ma current at the secondary compared to 40ma on a stock LS engine. Don't come up very often as a complete package (frames and looms). Should bolt straight onto my heads without modification. Still need HT leads to complete the install. Paid £120 landed and £30 for a set of brand new connector kits. http://www.nod-land.co.uk/ForumStuff/coil1.JPG http://www.nod-land.co.uk/ForumStuff/coil2.JPG Lyndon. Should make about 500/500 n/a.

Nodalmighty
No more than a 2j really as I don't have to push the pedal as far down with over 400lbs ft at 2k being typical. Nodalmighty
I've just bought a Walbro 450 E85 pump for it. I nearly bought a 044 but the E85 question never got a definite answer and they a very loud from memory. http://www.nod-land.co.uk/ForumStuff/Pump.JPG These flow more and was only £117 delivered so was cheaper too. trebor69
Is this purely a track car or will you be using it on the road? That's a big engine
Nodalmighty
Purely Street. I'd like 500whp N/A which stops and handles with no surprises. Any more I think would be beyond my control at the moment. When I've learnt to respect that amount of power I'll do my best Oliver Twist impression at Craig Taylor office desk. Nodalmighty
ITB's and lairy cams Not my cup of tea. Phil at Driftwork has them on his Orange AE86 and they sound vicious but then it spends most of it's time flat chat. Lairyish Cam, Yes.
