Vicky
I've found quite a good product for restoring headlights, it's made by meguiars and called 1 step headlight restoration plus. I'm sure there are a few products out there that do the same but if you were considering this one then I do recommend it! Excuse my poor photography skills but you get the idea... mc92
I bought some of this from Halfrauds a few weeks ago but haven't got around to using it yet. Did you bother with the sandpaper they include or is this just with the polish and drill attachment?
Vicky
I did exactly as they said using the abrasive pads, it needs a second go but I'm pretty impressed with the first one

herbiemercman
I bought "wet & dry" sheets, 1200, 1,000 and 800 abrasive levels, you just rub in circles using water with a squirt of washing up liquid to lubricate, say 5 mins on each type of sheet. I then used my power polisher with the "white" level sponge pad polisher, same as the trade use for buffing up paint on cars with "Teecut" polish, then a quick polish with a cloth and some normal polish, like "Red devil" shine. Finally two coats of acrylic laquer, fine spray to avoid "orange peeling". Slightly labouriouse process, say 2 hours work, but fantastic result.
