Hard choice i've been to so many places. But I'd have to say Canada.

People are so genuinely friendly

Fantastic place

Everything is stupidly cheap compared to rip of britain.

But most importantly its where i proposed to my fiance (at Niagara Falls) so it will always be a very special place to me :)

I lived in Japan for a while (learing Kenjutsu for 6 months) and in the country (Nara Prefecture where I was) it's beautiful but in the towns hideous..

And the Japanese get very cold with you if they know you speak the language - they feel you're almost spying on them

So

ITALY

Great weather

great food

lovely people

great shopping

top bikes

top cars

very liberal speeding laws (provided you are in an Italian car/bike)

cheap to live

the waiters come to take your order with a fag in one hand and a glass of wine in the other

simply the best (only marred by endless red tape to buy property and work there)

Japan, I think the old style honour and the beauty of it is unmatched..

Gav

Just a shame they're quite a racist nation.

Overall Id have to say Holland (people reasons - very modern, liberal, pushing the boundaries and generally free thinking)

US for things to do.

Italy for things to see and historical reasons

The UK is a pretty good all round mix, apart from the taxes.
