rider Posted September 10, 2015 Share Posted September 10, 2015 You can buy replacement rubbers with replacement units. The Headlight units weren't designed to be serviceable. herbiemercman Posted September 14, 2015 Share Posted September 14, 2015 Black "silastic" is ok, but "CT1" is better as you can move it around more where the "silastic" sets like glue, also "CT1" can be applied even if the surface is damp, it also has a better longevity rating, and yes it is twice the price, but IMHO, worth it. Most builders merchants stock it, or buy on line. I have converted 2 sets of mk4 headlights to "black nights" and sealed with the "CT1".
