Tricky-Ricky
So all the front panel switches are zeroed, and AVV overall is adjusted to zero? If the std ECU uses both MAP and MAF that may be your problem, do you know just how the std ECU uses these signals for scaling its own fuelling maps? walkerstrider
No idea mate, I don't think anyone else has had this kind of issue. When I get home from work I'm gonna redo all the wiring as I don't know where else to look. If that doesn't work I'm stuck!
Shane
As far as I know, the NA uses just MAP. When I was messing about with a supercharger on mine, I needed to put a one way valve inline with the MAP sensor because the moment the sensor saw boost the engine cut out, not that that really helps your situation. I can't think what you mean about a MAF sensor behind the intake? Unless there are some variations, certainly the NAs I have owned and the wifes looks only to have MAP. walkerstrider
My bad, it's an air temp sensor not maf. So it is just map.
Tricky-Ricky
I know its obvious but are you sure the polarity of the wires is correct? and have you selected the type of sensor on the main menu?
walkerstrider
I've just rewired the emanage to see if I've missed something but it's no different. Here's a link to show the data log. Maybe it will help. Edited October 13, 2015 by walkerstrider (see edit history)

walkerstrider
Should be able to watch them now. Sorry about that. My computer skills aren't the best!
Tricky-Ricky
OK straight away I can see that there is something really wrong with the airflow input output, its not changing at all so there is some problem with the signal, so I would recheck you have the wiring and the settings correct, I suspect this is the problem, especially since it runs OK with the MAP sensor plugged back into the std ECU. this is also verified by the lambda showing as rich as 9 AFR at idle, I wouldn't let it idle too long at that rich mixture. walkerstrider
Would using the Greddy 3bar map sensor make any difference. I've checked wires and settings over and over! Unless the Greddy instructions are wrong it's wired as it should be.
Tricky-Ricky
I am wondering if you have the signal and earth of the MAP sensor mixed up, I am not sure with the blue that you can use the Greddy sensor to scale the std ECU, I will have to check. Only wires I have for airflow is input and out put mate. Wired to pin 62. I have tried swapping these round but no joy. The only grounds are ecu ground and injector ground. walkerstrider
Finally sorted this out! Turns out the actual emanage harness was faulty! No wonder it wasn't reading airflow! Thanks again for all your help guys.

walkerstrider
Relief is an understatement! Spent 3 weeks looking for this fault! Thing that really pisses me off is I bought it in good faith of another supra owner. Lesson learned I think.

walkerstrider
I almost feel stupid! At least it wasn't my poor wiring skills.
