Scott
Facelift or pre-facelift doesn't matter. The ECUs are interchangeable. The only exception to that is VVTi.

Scott
I tried to post on the dispute thread but we're not allowed so I'll just post it in here....... Sausage, if you want to have any credibility as a seller on here you really need to resolve this issue and do the right thing by refunding and allowing the return. I for one will be giving all your for sale threads a wide berth given your poor attitude (even prior to the dispute), I certainly won't be the only one. I wouldn't be able to look at myself in the mirror if there was even the slightest possibility that I had sold a faulty part to a member on here. The fact is, it could have gotten damaged in the post, if it wasn't previously, due to careless handling by the courier or poor packaging by yourself. There are so many possibilities for what is wrong here, the simplest solution to at least have the club and it's members fully satisfied is for you to receive the return, allow the refund and then do some testing for yourself. Anything other than this resolution will just leave you with eBay to punt your wares, even the Facebook page would see through you quickly enough. Abz
This is why you shouldn't buy off new members, his broken Supra seems to have a broken ECU. His inability to construct a sentence without swearing nor being helpful to someone he clearly sold a duff ECU speaks volume about a person. Not sure if he will be able to do the "right thing" most likely will try running off, no wonder you have so many "issues" on forums, ever thought about that?! Good luck Simon, hope you get this resolved quickly. Was the transaction via PayPal?

One of the reasons we have a 100 post rule over on the Skyline forum, they also need to be quality/contributory posts or they get removed so we don't get rubbish, it stops most of the chancers. I'd be screwed with that posting method It's a shame really after comments about the Facebook buying and selling group, that trading between members on here is slowly going downhill too. Swampy442
Problem with the Facebook page is its basically lawless, you have to trust people you've never even spoke to who could turn out to be thieving bell ends. Hope you get this sorted Baldy, bit crap to have a 300+ quid paperweight.
