Parry_10
I'm going to send my bottom end off to be balanced and was wondering weather to get the crank knife edged or not. Basically the benefits are it cuts through the oil rather than just hits the oil and obviously less rotational mass... Has anyone ever done this before on a 2JZ
Hemanhead
http://www.powerhouseracing.com/p-4557-winberg-billet-2jz-crankshafts.aspx I guess these are basically the same as what your looking at doing. Probably more info on the US forums mate

Big Supes
The machine shop I used to use said its not worth it. Just get the whole bottom-end balanced mate.
Hemanhead
I had some discussions about doing this and yes, you probably will increase response but will likely knock out the harmonic balance toyota created much like a 3.4 stroker. Im sure Chris can come along and add some more science to it
