Pixelfill Posted September 11, 2005 Share Posted September 11, 2005 I got an SP30 for 38 in a 30. That sounds about the same ballpark. :thumbdown I didn't know whether to carry on or to anchor on. I just lifted off the accelerator and hoped for engine braking, unfortunately the auto box wasn't obliging and I dropped about 1 lepton over the 200 yds or so until I passed him. I didn't have my sat nav with me at the time, (Not that it would have helped as the mobile that "got me" wasn't in my database), but I was praying that the speedo was reading faster than it should, got home and plugged the GPS in, well bugger me if the speedo wasn't absolutely 100% correct, bloody efficient speedo conversions. I am IAM (No laughing please) and ROSPA Gold. Im 29 and pretty much drift as much as possable. I have NO POINTS!!! EVER!!! A few tips etc.... 1. Dont break the highway laws is stupid places... ie 20-30 Zones, in crowds of people etc. 2. Spend some money on Defence systems, I have a Road Angel set to warn on all black, Accident, Laser traps and S/C sites, mobile or not. I also have the Laser net defence on the car. 3. I'm pretty certain that I've been got and am now wondering how long before I find out for certain.
