TBDevelopments
Haha, the projects coming on nicely, then i can show it off with some dyno numbers Tim TBDevelopments
David P
Nice bracket, but in a hot place for a charge-cooler?
TBDevelopments
Nowhere else to mount something of this size. Ill be putting a heat barrier on the front, but once water is circulating i cant see there being a problem Tim TBDevelopments
David P
Insulation would help, but it won't look as pretty, hope there will be space for air to exit the rad? I built mine to go on top, the combination of N/A rocker covers and a sexy bonnet bulge make space for it. David P
BTW, just in case that idea appeals to you, by pure fluke the most difficult to find best donor bonnet for this job could be found lurking here? http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?326630-Stock-Hood-Bonnet&p=4106624&viewfull=1#post4106624
TBDevelopments
Looks nice but with the current work its location is prietty set. Theres a 3 inch gap at the back of the radiator, the fans will go infront now. Worst case ill make a custom radiator and move it further into the nose Tim TBDevelopments
TBDevelopments
Made a start on the 2 bottom water tanks for the chargecooler. Cnc'd from a billet slab of alluminum. Ill post more picks once they've had there final cutting steps Tim TB Developments
Al Massey
Tim, do you sell any of these products?
SilentAgro
Also, what about the break set up you have? what is the cost from you
TBDevelopments
The chargecooler is just to show what i "can" produce, but i doubt it'll be economically viable to product as a product. Its more of a demonstration for the demo car. But im open to make what ever people want Some items like the turbo kit etc will be going into production for general sale.........eventually pmsl Tim TBDevelopments - - - Updated - - - The brake setup is an off the shelf ksport kit, i can supply that to people at any point and time Tim TBDevelopments
Al Massey
How much for the Ksport rear brakes and the breather pipe set up?

TBDevelopments
Sure will, going to mount the fans on the front side of the radiator Tim TBDevelopments
TBDevelopments
Had 30mins free so made a start on the custom front lip Tim TBDevelopments
JackyBoi
(Noob alert) what are those charge coolers for then? Similar to an intercooler?
TBDevelopments
Basically yes, instead of the boost being cooled by air, its cooled by cold water instead. Im mainly doing it to be different to show off what i can build through the business Tim TBDevelopments
