Well after fitting a new intercooler and radiator and seeing as the Air con is rusted up, i was thinking of removing the Air con fan & radiator out all together so i would like to know can i do this and just pull out the pipes to the engine for the air con radiator??

Yes mate, if it's not working you can remove your air con condenser and lines.

If you want to remove it completely- the pulley bellow your PAS pump is your aircon compressor, this can also be removed. But there are other things you'd need to do to remove that though so it's a bit more involved- run a shorter belt and use a bracket to stabilize the PAS pulley/pump. You can use the front of your old compressor for this though, remove it from your compressor and use it to act as a bracket.
