hogmaw
Supra has been steering to the left in recent months, so I got these checked to see if I could solve the problem: Tyre pressures Wheel alignment Geometry at Wheels in motion All sorted so why is it still steering to the left? I know a bit is normal, but this is more than normal. I had the power steering fail on me a couple of times this past year or two, perhaps the steering rack has been damaged? Ideas welcome
fastcar
Steering rack could be an issue or possibly a wheel bearing. How are your suspension bushings and ball joints? Could possibly be a knackered shock aswell
jim
Binding brakes a possibility?
cered
Get it on a jig and check for damage, could be a stuck caliper or wonky bush somewhere. Bare in mind roads are cambered - some more than others so there's always some degree of steering involved. Coud have the alignment checked again and ensure the steering wheel si perfectly straight? craig85
My brother had this recently, all the same diagnosis and it turned out to be a small warp on the inside if the tyre sidewall, almost unnoticeable. Must have been caused by a pothole.
