Hi guys

I recently had my 1995 n/a serviced. The mechanic added comma red longlife coolant. The car appears to be running fine. I am asking as a precautionary measure, in your experience is this type of coolant compatible with an n/a or should i drain down the system and fill it with toyota red coolant.

Any help and advice appreciated

With a 20 year old car you could use almost any legitimate coolant other than ordinary tap water. I use the Toyota concentrated coolant diluted 50/50 with distilled water but I doubt it makes any difference to the performance or lifetime of my engines.
