What was done:

  • Wheel Bearing was changed , it was gone
  • All Calipers, refurbished , new seals and SS pins
  • Rear Caliper was checked if it was over heating, hub, Disc and Caliper no issues
  • All Brake shoe springs copper greased as per workshop manual
  • Rear Brakes adjusted as per workshop manual i.e.

1. ADJUST PARKING BRAKE SHOE CLEARANCE

(a) Temporarily install the hub nuts.

(b) Remove the hole plug.

© Turn the adjuster and expand the shoes until the disc

locks.

(d) Return the adjuster 8 notches.

(e) Install the hole plug.

2. SETTLING PARKING BRAKE SHOES AND DISC

(a) Drive the vehicle at about 50 km/h (31 mph) on a safe, lev-

el and dry road.

(b) With the parking brake release button pushed in, pull on

the lever with 88 N (9 kgf, 19.8 lbf) of force.

© Drive the vehicle for about 400 meters (0.25 mile) in this

condition.

(d) Repeat this procedure 2 or 3 times.

Any Ideas? Its embarrassing lol

A Brake Shoe spring is gone?

Rear pads , SS Retaining Pins need copper grease?

Wind the brake shoe adjuster back another few notches?

Talking to SSI, a common problem is mechanics putting the brake shoe lower Spring on the wrong way round, it is easier to put the spring on front facing than trying to fit it behind the hub :)

Colin is talking a look

I didnt put the brake shoes on LOL , probably should of at this stage , would of done a better job than my mechanic; he didn't balance them either , I had to do it
