GlennK
Dropped my Supra off at Lee's yesterday. Plan is to bring it up to SRD900 spec over the winter months. First stage is to get the engine built (bottom end then top end) and engine bay layout tidied up Next is to sell the complete BW9179/S366 turbo and ceramic coated manifold with twin Tial wastegates. Replace with a Precision 6466 Gen2 kit. Upgrade the ID1000s to bigger versions to cater for Ethanol mixes. Complete the 4" exhaust side with downpipe and mid pipe. Ryan remap, Abbey dyno and smile Edited August 19, 2015 by GlennK correction: BW9179/S366 (see edit history)

GlennK
Thanks guys. I'll make sure I get pictures. The BW9179/S366 is a phenomenal turbo - very fast spooling - but it's limited to around 700bhp....and I've got used to that. It's comfy and fun Now time for a bit of adrenalin rush again Edited August 19, 2015 by GlennK (see edit history)

Chris Bailey
We have a 3600rpm Hi Stall so spools faster on the road.

GlennK
***Warning! Picture Heavy... Update: Back from Sharm safely So Lee has removed and opened the engine up ready for rebuild: Next step is to get the rebuild done after rebore. And with SRD 269 cams. Then decide on the turbo kit...Hoping early 2016 will see new improved units - maybe a Gen3? New Ethanol-ready fuelling system coming soon with ID1500s Thinking of selling my Rays Volk wheels 10J, 9.5J x18 (pretty good condition with just a couple of tiny rim dinks) complete with Bridgestone Potenzas 285, 275..plenty of tread on them. Idea was to keep them as winter tyres. No point really. I'll be going for the matching CCWs for the fronts with R888s to match the rears. More updates to come...
