Kendo11
Evening all, I'd like to see a few different options of BGW (big wings) fitted to the bootlid NOT on the standard mounting points please. There are a ton out there but I'm not sure how they'd look mounted onto diy fixing points on the bootlid. Pics please!

j_jza80
If you Google image search 'Supra Carbon GT wing', loads of types come up

Kendo11
Thanks guys so far, jza I've seen a few mate but also want to see what fellow forumers think of them, as I'm in two minds
JackyBoi
Personally I don't like them. I think they're just a bit too in-your-face and kinda draw too much attention to it. But hey that's just one guys opinion - if you like them then go for it
listy
I don't see the point in getting a rear wing that involves drilling new holes in the bootlid when ones are available that use the stock mounting holes. What if you had a change of heart later down the line? You'd have to fill in the new holes.

ripped_fear
With a big in your face bodykit, and paint job to match, I do love a BGW, however really depends on the look of the car in question. And I have to admit when it comes to BGW's the ones with the mounting mounts closer to the centre, I think look better, All IMO of course. masterfett
i considered the one they have for sale on driftworks for a while when i had my old red bomex kitted supe, never seen one on a sup however. What put me off was i had white Rota GTR's on it and one of my mates said "It would look like an giant remote control car with a bgw" .. Supra Kong
They never seem to photograph very well, but i think they look awesome in the flesh. I recently contemplated fitting the std wing on, but then when parked next to a few with TRD wings and std, i thought mine looked best and wildest! As for the mounting holes, just get some rubber bungs! Adds to the look!
Kendo11
Cheers for the input guys. Definitely going big wing, it'll be a full ridox kit (possibly wide body) so will need a wing to match!
sideexitsupra
Did someone say Ridox and BGW?
