adam1983
Is this what you are looking for? It has all the torque settings for each step.
adam1983
Or maybe this but you are talking about?
james_cbr
Those are the ones I have I'm after the small bolts that hold the front and rear halfs of the pump together
Chris Wilson
Just do them by feel, they should not be over done, they are both into relatively soft alloy.
james_cbr
Yeh would you say safe to do 21 nm same as the main bolts holding it on or more like a 12-14 nm I'm trying to do it all by the book
Chris Wilson
I would never use a torque wrench on them, I would do it by feel. But bear in mind the bolts that go THROUGH both castings go into the cast iron block. The 2 bolts you mention go into soft alloy, so I would be much gentler with those. Maybe 12 / 13 nm (around 10 lbs ft).
