NA-T help and advice needed

Hey all. I've gone and bought myself a half completed NA-T conversion.

It's been split and rebuilt with 2.3mm head gasket, ARP head bolts and gaskets. There is a 6 branch T4 manifold with external 50mm waste gate. There is a huge GT45 turbo. Got both oil feed pipe, and return ( plumbed into sump).

The NA inlet has been split and bolted to a big plenum which needs a throttle body on the end.

The guys has started doing a oil filter relocation teamed with a oil cooler, as well as doing something with the power steering pump.

I've never taken on such a big job so it's all new to me.

I don't no how the turbo and oil pipes connect, i'm assuming I need to make some flanges to bolt onto? I'm gonna remove the oil relocation etc for now. And just run a sandwich plate and oil filter.

The guy also sourced 6x TT coil packs, and I have a emanage ultimate, and believe I need a TT ignitor, as the guy was removing the distributor, also have the TT cam covers too.

I'll stick some pictures up and you guys tell me were to start lol... I've removed the manifold and turbo, as the nuts and studs weren't very good, and need some better quality ones on, it's also a pita to get to 2 of the nuts under the manifold do to the pipes on the manifold. If anyone can give me advice?

Thanks

Bluudy

Hi Bluudy,

Glad to see another na-t coming along. From what ive read when running the big plenum I think the Na power steering reservoir has to relocated or I think they use a TT one, some one here will know. The feed from the turbo will be from the banjo bolt located near the oil filter. That you can remove and retap or the easy option is to get one from lexus (cant remember part no.) which you can get AN fittings for. The Oil drain from the turbo will go straight to the upper oil pan which I would recommend by removing and drilling.

As for the manifold nuts and bolts you can use the original ones but its best to replace them for new as their only a few quid from Toyota.

Good luck with it mate any questions just ask.
