Guest vegax22
I have read some of the post on the diffrences between the two engine and what i have gathered is that beside the low compresion piston n head and oil squirter the two engine are the same able to produce the same mass power if build properly. Can anyone confirm this. I have an NA and i was planning on going with the crower 3.4 L strocker kit then rebuild my head port polish value and spring as well as cams. Then putting TT on it . Would i be able to get the same result as if i build a gte the same way.

Gaz6002
Well to be fair, your question isn't exactly helpful either. So you're going to rebuild your NA head, then "putting a TT on it" would do what? Do you mean big twin turbos, the stock twins, an Audi? Guest vegax22
It would be big twin turbo what i want to know is should i find a 2jzgte n build that or can i get the same results if i build my 2jzge since it is the same block?
Style
Compression ratios are different for a start so pistons will have to be changed for any power levels over 400hp or so on a stock NA engine. TT pistons will allow you to push some more power out of the NA. You'll also find a lot more parts for GTE engines as the manifold patterns are both different. Same applies to ECU's. There's a lot more readily available
