boostman
I've been thinking about getting a stainless manifold, but having a look they seem to be quite rare. Iv found this on ebay from the states, I know about the fitment issues as it may need a tweak but what is the likely hood of it cracking or anything as it's cheap? http://pages.ebay.com/motors/link/?nav=item.view&id=331612123547&alt=web
skippyboyo1
its pot luck really mate. To have one made in the UK is around £800 when i went through this. I did what your doing, the seller i ended up going with was from the US and it was brilliant and still on the car now 8 years later, for that price id give it ago anyway. if your sensors that screw in to the manifold dont fit dont worry i just blocked my holes up and tied the sensors out of the way. David P
Looks like you've dreamed up an EFI to NFG mod? Have you been running your Supra for 8 years without O2 sensors? Edited July 29, 2015 by David P (see edit history)

boostman
How many galleons do you get to the mile? Do you think that Mr T. fitted them for a laugh? Haha brilliant! Can't you get adaptors that go from threaded to flanged? Failing that I'll get some universal single wire lambda sensors off ebay.

boostman
OK I may invest in that manifold, if he states on the shipping info it's 'used' will it avoid import tax?
David P
Best of luck with that one, HMRC may insist on having your kidneys before releasing it from the pound. Edited July 29, 2015 by David P (see edit history)

Haha How do you go about paying import tax? Do you get a letter from hmrc when it arrives?
Style
You'll get contacted by the deliver company usually and get you to pay for the charges before they release it for land delivery
David P
Recently I had to pay tax on a USA AEM ECU warranty repair, I filled out every form and spoke to every Herbert and even though no money had changed hands, HMRC guesstimated a fictitious figure that had to be paid or the item would have been disposed. Best that can be done is for the supplier to charge you separately for the shipping, or you'll have to pay import tax and VAT on that too! As they are to fit the LHD car, you have to shape a pipe to clear the steering column. So i'm told...

Nic
The dented corner on this pic shows where the Xerd manifold has been modified to clear the steering column on a RHD Supra, it'll need heating up and persuading with a big hammer.
