Chris Bailey
Congrats Chris, any plans for it i.e wheels etc? Doubt it, will probably keep it as it is and get some driving experience under my belt and some no claims. Then work my way up the car ladder! stevie_b
Good choice for a 1st car IMO. Enjoy! I remember my first car: Rover Metro 1.1, British Racing Green with red seat belts!

Fizzy T
I've owned 8 fiestas, great little cars when you're young and getting started as a driver. Owned two mk6's like that, they handle so good with strut braces and KW V1 coilovers

j_jza80
I think I've done 3, on 1 of them someone had already attempted it and lost the heater cables down the back of the dash. Never again.
Benjy
There was a TSB at Ford where we had to fit an aerial booster. Guaranteed 5 a week when it first came out! If you want to do it Chris, Jason knows how to do it...

pedrosixfour
Don't lower it, don't modify it, don't spend a penny more on the damn thing than is absolutely necessary. Just drive like it, you and anyone else you have in it are made of extremely thin glass. Your parents will never get another night's sleep for the next year until they know you and it are home, tucked up safe and sound. So be smart and the very best of luck to you.
