Exhaust manifold heat shield bolts

There's 4 fastenings/bolts holding the exhaust manifold heat shield in place on my NA. Two different types, as you can see from the photos. The two standard-looking bolts are well-rusted, so I want to replace them. But Toyodiy only lists 4 nuts, and no bolts, and this has been confirmed with a phone call to a Toyota dealer.

Have I (and the Toyota dealer) read the parts manual wrong, or have I got some non-standard fixings holding my heat shield in place?

Edit: the plot thickens! I found this thread from yesteryear: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?104442-Exhaust-manifold-heat-shield where Rob has exactly the same fastenings on his heat shield as I have. He also raised the same question as me regarding the parts catalogue.

I could replace the bolts with studs and nuts I suppose, but I'd rather replace it with what's supposed to be there, and 2 cars having exactly the same fixings suggests that that's what's intended. The only problem is, as they don't appear in the parts list, I can't really order them.

Then I found this:

(from this thread: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?239143-Jakes-Sz-supra-build-The-details-count/page2)

The fixing looks like a stud/nut where me and Rob have got a bolt.

Maybe Toyota changed the recommended fixings at some point..?
