mellonman Posted July 18, 2015 Share Posted July 18, 2015 Drove mine last night and paid attention to the gears for confirmation, Mine stays in forth until I stop ( cant tell it going down gears as revs dont rise at any point) But on pull away it does pull away in second as Dean said unless you floor it. tony tt Posted July 22, 2015 Author Share Posted July 22, 2015 The logs are fine apparently with Ryan. I'm not sure staying in 4th till stop is right though. It doesn't select 2nd till I try accelerate it just stays in 4th Then plays catch up after its laboured for 10ft or so. OD off is sport mode on the Syvecs and it noticeably changes down gears under 30mph. With OD on its comfort mode almost with smooth changes etc. ryan is tweaking economy mode for it to be changing down like sport mode under 30. mellonman Posted July 22, 2015 Share Posted July 22, 2015 There is no way pulling away in 4th for 10ft is correct, glad he is making the changes to drop them , like I said before they do stay in 4th until they stop but come out straight away , or act faster then the syvecs at selecting the correct gear on pull away if ryan has down loaded the toyota auto ecu map?
