Hey guys, need some help with the ecu wiring. Details are:

1999 SZ-R 6 speed manual

-It is running a 5 speed ECU with a non-vvti engine (i bought the car like that ages ago)

-A02B diff

OTHER CAR

1993 TT Auto 4 speed automatic (picked up for cheap)

-stock ecu

-A02A diff

Im trying to swap both engines and get both cars running.

I need some help in getting the tt auto ecu to work with my manual as well as my na manual ecu to work with the auto car. What are the specific mods? Would it be easier to get an ecu suited for that engine and transmission?

Thanks!!

unless im missing something here, the manual ecu wont work with the auto box, but surely you have just swapped the TT engine and kept the 6 speed box in place? if not you are mad!

auto ecu will work with a manual box

manual ecu will not work with autobox

but if you are just taking the engine out of the auto TT and dropping it in the na.. i dont quite understand why you are swapping ecu's at all!

I'm planning on getting both cars running, so I've decided to get an NA auto ecu with wiring loom as well as an a340 NA transmission to get the NA car working.

That should be fine yea?
