Scooter
search for 'aircon fault code' in the advance search and there are a few threads where you can run a diagnostic on the aircon, I'd do that first

Scooter
yes, try watching the sight glass near the front bumper somewhere......might need someone else to press the button while you watch, can't remember now. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?312794-Air-Con-Diagnostic-codes&highlight=sight+glass
jza800
i have looked in the glass, and i can see fluid in there..
Scooter
It 'could' be the valve behind the dash that I had but I was advised it was this by a aircon specialist I couldn't say for sure it is that in your case. But if the system isn't leaking and the compressor is working then it points to no flow excess pressure....however there is an error code for abnormal pressure so it's odd this doesn't show? I'm sure a decent experienced aircon guy could tell you or at least rule many things out.
jza800
i have now tried again to look in the glass, and now i was empty, if i shake it a little, the fluid get viseble and i starts to bubble a little. if i start up the car and activte the a/c, i baraly reach the glass before the a/c pump stops, i can then see the fluid total fill the glass, then it slowy disappear again so i baraly can see the fluid in the glass.. jza800
i hve now tried to take the relay out off the fusebox inside the enginebay, now i can turn on the a/c and it will not start to blink at all, as soon as i put the relay on again and the clutch engage, it only engage a couple off sec and then turn off again, and the a/c button start to blink again.. can some off this info help you to diagnose my problem??? mwilkinson
I had this issue in my old Supra and it turned out to be the expansion valve. That's the thing Scott was talking about behind the dash. Simple job for an aircon specialist.
