What version of Windows?

 

There's Windows DVD maker and similar programs that you can get if it didn't already come pre-installed.

 

Pretty straight forward to use, just need to drag and drop each video onto the line one after another in the order you fancy and provided the file size etc is okay you can just burn straight to DVD.

 

Can even put in a simple menu at the beginning if you're feeling fancy :)

 

EDIT: Is it GoPro footage? They have their own software that you can use as well. Free to download from their site and should also do the job.
