mattdavies
Have been looking into buying a house and came across this ; http://www.romans.co.uk/Property-to-buy/in-All%20Areas/Eldon%20Terrace/RG1%204DX/100835 Affordable, reasonable garage and in an OK location. j_jza80
Needs some work, but definitely has potential
T2 MSW
Needs a fair bit of work if your up to it. Id say new kitchen, bathroom, potential plumbing and heating. But good place to start if you can do the work yourself or get it on the cheap. Kind of difficult to tell from the pics if you would get a supra in the garage?! j_jza80
Easy enough to pull that pillar down at the front and replace it with an RSJ, and ditch those garage doors in favour of one large one. Unfortunately I reckon a developer will take it and turn it into two separate flats
Scott-tt
That place looks like it would make an excellent bachelor pad garden looks pretty big too
ChrisH
You will be competing with developers - looks like a small terrace of new houses next door - they will demolish it and build 2 more, precedent already set ! If its near the station find out what those houses are worth, buy it, get planning for two houses on the site then sell it on
cered
Definitely a worthy investment, easy property to let or cool house to buy Although I say that as someone who bought a house whose sole criteria was the biggest possible garage... (Currently a double, soon to be four...)
