Chris Wilson
Looks like someone has put some sort of rad sealant in the coolant. Barrs Leaks, Radweld, whatever, which would worry me considerably. Flush the hell pout of it for a few hours with a garden hose. Refill with plain water for a while and see what happens for a few hundred miles before wasting anti freeze in it. wile e coyote
That's real messy, as chris said flush hole system out really well till runs clean and refill and monitor closely , check all hoses especially ones at back of engine and check passenger floor for damp, hopefully nothing and just bad maintenance
Scooter
summer time is a good time to get rid of a dodgy heater matrix'd car as others are alluding to. don't suppose you checked the heater pumped out warm air?
