No power on ECU...Desperate Help Needed

Hi Guys

I'm in need of some urgent help...

I have a 94 Supra RZ. Manual T

About a month a go my car just shut down..No fuel/Spark and No Management light. Tested all fuses and they were fine. No fault codes reported. Charged my battery after it went dead from testing and reconnected and she started right up.

After driving it perfectly fine for a month it stalled again while in my garage. Same symptoms. No fuel/Spark management light.

So I was doing some diagnosing and realised that IG Fuse is fine however no power on "ST" fuse in drivers footwell fuse box. Could this be the reason?

Also I have power on pin#1 and pin #31 and 32 on the e10 connector which goes into the management. Now I know most people will say the management, but I tested this with a working management and the same thing happens:(.

Could it be the alarm? Or can a ground wire affect this?

Help is really appreciated...Sorry for the long story.
