Simo2007
Looks good bud! Don't know about attempting it myself though... Honestly if I can do it anyone can. It’s plug and play with the piggy back fuse holder and you’ll need to make 1 crimp which is pre installed.

Tyson
Yeah both are. Both are crystal clear, here’s an example of the image quality. Front is 1080p rear is 720p If I recall correctly. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191210/080aeeb597e08d3713c504d2f2db8c8f.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191210/2e380084ea1eb8dbb133156a280868b2.jpg The quality is really good. How does it perform at night and did you fit it yourself? I think it’s very good at night. See what you think. I did yeah, piece of cake, just get a piggy back fuse holder and find a 12v switched live and you’re in business. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191210/936e8d78960ff430d360761fe72d14b0.jpg Whilst the pictures are not bad quality you can’t make out a registration number in any of the pictures. When I was looking I couldn’t find anything at 1080p that could give a picture quality I would be confident would be able to pick out a moving cars registration number and give a clear picture at night. If you can stretch to a 4K dash cam with a good frame then the picture quality between that and the ones above is night and day. Be careful though lots of dash cams claiming to be 4k that are not. You absolutely can make out the number plates, believe me I’ve needed to use this ability in the past. The reason you can’t make out the plates in these shots is because I’ve uploaded medium shots on Tapatalk (can’t find original quality option) and the compression makes them aliased after uploading. Simo2007
Here’s a zoom on the video on the BlackVue app to show you can see number plates clearly. Even with the aliasing on the compressed upload. And another example, clear as day to me!
