immobilizer problem

i have a 966v3 laser line alarm/immobilizer kit, already wired into my 93 NA supra.

i was doing my clutch and had the battery disconnected for some time so it wouldn't die. however after refitting battery the car started perfect, after a few hours the battery was drained and ever since my car wont start at all. After trying to find a reset procedure, i tried a few and as a result my immobilizer button will no longer light up or make a locking noise while flashing indicators when touch key is used. anybody have any advice, i have checked all earth wires, i have made sure battery terminals are fine, battery is fine, i have retraced the units fuses and they are all good same as both fuse box's no blown fuses. don't really have a clue where to go with it. i would rip it all out however the unit is wired into nearly everything :/
