heedthebaw
A brief synopsis of my experience: 1) Decide what spec of car you want. 2) Set a budget. 3) Speak to importer (JM-imports would be my recommendation) 4) Go past budget 5) Wait a few months. 6) Spend more on parts while you wait. 7) Get car and enjoy. KamaSupra
My budget when I was getting one sourced for me through JM Imports was £10k, then £12k a month later as I then wanted a facelift Supra..... But in the end the one I wanted and bought was £14k

CraigMoSupraRSP
I'm in the process of importing via Torque GT, will be collecting the car in about 3-4 weeks time, I got the ball rolling in March. Can't wait to collect [emoji3]
KamaSupra
Why do i get the feeling I'm gonna do the exact same If you look at the auctions and dealerships at the same time as JM Imports is looking, you start to realise what you really want is above your budget. So you stretch your budget a little bit more to get what you want, then I saw my green one and I stretched it a little bit more If you're going to import one, it's nice to have one that ticks most or all of the boxes of what you want

heedthebaw
I found mine, paid deposit etc. in January and picked it up at the beginning of June. All depends when it's shipped, drop off points for the ship etc.
