MattP
Just for reference I had a bit of time today so took a closer look at the 3 pulleys I can now say the following... Original Toyota New Toyota New Febest My Original 1998 Toyota Pulley is slightly different in design to My new Toyota Pulley on the outer rim where Nazs failed it appears there is more rubber on my old Toyota pulley compared to the new Toyota one in that particular area other than that they are the same possibly Toyota changed manufacturer. The Febest unit is remarkably similar to the new Toyota unit the only difference I can see is that the black paint quality is not quite as good and the balancing marks are slightly different shape moving on from that... The only other difference I can comment on is the weight which were as follows... Original 1998 Toyota pulley = 3284g New Toyota pulley = 3356g Febest pulley = 3743g Note new Febest units come with a new woodruff key however new Toyota pulleys do not, also I cannot say wether the rubber compounds/glue are different. Price difference: Toyota via TCB parts = £240+£8 delivery Febest Unit Direct = £60 including delivery
