Chris Bailey
Ive looked at the Starlet SR, seemed reasonable . Im liking the fiesta 1.25/1.4 Zetec 3dr in black. Can pick one up for £1500 and insurance is around £1800. Thats my best quote so far.

Chris Bailey
After listening to alot of people, Im going to start at the bottom and work my way up in the car world. Although I like to think im a good driver and my instructor also said I'm one of the best she's taught, I'm still bound to kurb wheels etc. Im looking at Ford Fiesta's 1.25 because they are cheap to run, reliable and good on fuel. If anyone has a Ford Fiesta for sale I'd be interested. Ideally looking for a black 3 door.
Graham1984
How are the insurance quotes working out for various companies? Like I said before with Aviva and a close second Lynbrook, none of the comparrison sites have ever been any good.

Chris Bailey
Stay away from the endura engine, duratec ftw What's wrong with the Endura engine? My sister had that engine in her KA and it went round the clock, done like 120k and was sweet as a nut in the 3 years she owned it.
Benjy
Endura E's are ok, as long as you adjust the tappets at every other service interval. Duratec's are sweet little engines! Nearly bought a black, 3 door Fiesta today Chris, with you in mind. But someone offered her £150 more than the £150 I offered for it. Only needed a coil pack and gearbox!
