viper
I'm running a standalone ecu and am intrested how people control there autobox? My ecu doesn't have a way of running the autobox so wondered if there was a way to use the stock ecu to still control the autobox but not anything else on a 2jzgte? inazone
Check out David P's supercharged build, as he has used the Supra stick to good effect.
garethr
The Suprastick can only control the shift solenoids. It will not work with a TT gearbox, which has electronic line pressure control. David's car has a TT 'box with N/A valve body (cable line pressure control). There are other controllers. Powertrain Control Solutions, for example, have a "Toyota/Lexus A340E" harness for their controller that seems to be connected to the line pressure control pin. Has anyone successfully programmed a standalone ECU to control the TT autobox? Edited May 6, 2015 by garethr (see edit history)
viper
I have the same box, it's one of daveyps hybrids he built for me with the cable. So a supra stick should be ideal I guess?
