I've got a bit of an itch for an Evo, and always said when I was a kid I'd have an Escort Cossie by the time I was 30. I did look at a few Evo's and a V10 M5 before buying my current Supe as anything that floated my boat in Cosworth guise was massively out of financial reach, but nothing really interested me as much as having another Supe. There are times when I get annoyed with the car, and think about chopping it in for an already sorted Evo6 TME, but when I think about the difference, 4 pot vs 6, 1 turbo vs 2 (or a big single...), I can't bring myself to part with it.

I'm going Evo to Supra - they're a very fun car! Theres little that will out handle one - especially on damp British roads.

I used to work at a company called AWD Racetech ('03-'07) and we specialised in Jap stuff. Evo's were very popular even back then, and I loved them. Easy to work on, pretty reliable and 100 times better than the rival Subaru's. Whenever I see one I think "Oooph that's a bit of me...". One day I'll have one. Hopefully alongside the Supra!

A GMC Syclone is next on the shopping list when finances and parking spaces permit so we're talking several years time when I've moved house. Otherwise I'd have to get rid of something else first and it won't be the Supra. I have plans for it involving a certain German toll road beginning with 'N'. :eyebrows:

This is a detailed walkaround of Jay Leno's Syclone.

I already have it's bigger SUV equivalent, the Typhoon.

I only bought a MkIV Supra, (after owning two MkIII's - an NA 5spd and a turbo auto), as an interim measure whilst I rebuilt the 4.3L V6 turbo truck engine but have since bought another 4x4 truck; an Isuzu VehiCross for severe winters and offroading if I ever get round to it.

This Typhoon is slightly modified up against a Supra........

This one isn't, up against a TT Supra.....

This is the fastest Syclone....
