Drgray
Has anyone been to Nikko Circuit in Japan? I'm not far away but I'm unsure what day would be best to go down. If anyone knows any info that would be great. Hello from Japan btw, this place is awesome. I see like at least 6 Evos a day, about 4 180sx, couple of skylines, aristos, s14/15 etc. Note this is every day. Supras aren't as common but when I was in Tokyo I saw 3 in 3 days so it wasn't too bad. Back on topic, some help please!
Nick
Their homepage is a good place to start. Might need to run it through a translator depending how good your nihongo is: http://www.nikko-circuit.jp/ There's a few http://www.gtr.co.uk members in Japan. Not as active as it used to be but there's where I first met people and got into the scene.
Nick
Where are you living? If Fuji Speedway is doable I'd definitely recommend taking the FISCO license for track days. Sodegaura in Chiba is also popular as it's a lot cheaper.
Drgray
Ended up calling by Nikko Circuit yesterday only to find a race with motorbikes instead of drifting : ( On the upside there was a very nice r34 gtr and an rx7 parked up. I'm currently in Chiba now so I might see if there is anything on today depending how far I'm from the race circuit. The heat here is making me lazy and not want to do anything. I was in Fuji 2 days ago and totally forgot about Fuji Speedway...
