Carbon_Bullet
Don't go destroy your nice clean OEM white bonnet I have a nice white 1999 bonnet with aero catchers fitted maybe we could swop? http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/04/13/ce9318a80e73228c4b036d7ecfdef7b8.jpg
Phlukey
Maybe something like this on the underside of the bonnet?..... Or better, a similar idea with electronic solenoids to operate the latch mechanisms if you can find it (same as is used on some fuel filler flaps). JamieP
I don't like where they have been fitted, I'm going to do mine like jamesys. I've ordered a couple different size hole saws. Should be pretty easy to do.

baldy
a stock bonnet might move a bit, but if its shut properly it will not come up due to air getting under it. you'll have trouble getting a bonnet up with a pry bar if its shut properly. supra matt
Are your 80miles from me bit to far mate your be fine doing it you have plenty of common sense, just put plenty of masking tap on the top and then you can mark it all out, Use square on the front edge of the bonnet to get the line then just put the template on the masking tape and draw round it, Then jigsaw it out :-)

supra matt
just be carefull with the jigy , it can bend the panel I cut my boneet when I fitted my scoop That's why I use special aluminium blade and no pressure, never had a problem and that's the thickest part by the front edge [emoji3]
