Hi i dont know what to do with my boost problem on my supra tt in TTC mode!

I have an apexi avc-r as a boostcontroller! I have done the permanent ttc mod and wiered!

If i set my apexi to 1bar then it holds the boost pretty stable on 0,8 bar! But rush up to 1 bar sometimes! If i put the apexi to like 1,2 bar then it start to overboost as hell to like 1,9 bar, and it goes up and down all time, not stable at all!

Anyone had this problem? I have tried RR without cat and RR with cat! Does not help!

Could this be the symptomps of a boost leak?

Thankful for any help i could get! Im so tierd of it! :p

Sorry for bad english //Emil

i were out testing it now!

when i turn it off it absolutely stable att 0,8 bar!

i tested the setup you linked to and its all the same, unstable as hell!

but i notice a thing on the apexi, i watch the boost monitor on the apexi, and it does not show negative pressure only positive? do the apexi only show positive pressure? maybee its not installed right?

and when i have the apexi on it seems its not following the boost gauge that i have inte the car right!

Couple of threads in there that will help you, yes the avcr shows vacuum, you dont have to have the hole duty the same this will not be correct and not stable read the threads and the manual and set it all up correctly and they are a great bit of kit

hmm okej then it must be something wrong on the install, maybee thats why it so unstable! i is it the solenoid or the pressure sensor that send the boost pressure signal to the apexi?

The pressure sensor mate , it should have a filter and fitted upright it changes the preasure value into a eletrical signal

My pressure sensor is connected with a T to the hose that goes to the turbo with no air filter! I know it says in the manual that it should be connected to the fuel regulator but does it really matter?

clearly it does lol.

at the turbo side it wont see vacuum , your boost referance needs to come from after the throttle body on the intake side to get a correct reading.

do everything the manual says and you wont go wrong , im very sure apexi know more about how to fit there own unit then you do .
