Kendo11
Evening, I removed my perfectly working drivers seat over the weekend so the carpet can be dyed. That's now been put back a few weeks so I've put the seat back in so it's driveable. The electric function now doesn't work for some reason, both the connectors under the seat (main one and the little electronic box) are plugged in ok, so what else could it be!? It simply can't have just stopped working due to removing it surely!?

Kendo11
Can't understand how it was working absolutely fine when I removed it and now it's not though. Will check fuses tomorrow.

Kendo11
Another quick question about this, is it possible to manually move the seat if the motor is shot? I can at least set it in the correct position then while I wait what to do.
j_jza80
Yes. but I've never done it. I think you can get at the mechanism with a spanner.
