Guest supratt87 Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 (edited) Need help I am having a problem with the ignition on my 95 na supra 5 speed. When I turn the key over its not flipping the start relay. I bypassed the clutch didn't work So I go the new theft device plugged it in and I am still having the same issue. no power to pin 5 when I turn the ign over. is their a reset for the factory alarm or something or do you guys know what else to check?? Virus Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 Are you sure it comes from the immobilizer? Does the starter click when you try to start it? I had the same problem with the immobilizer but couldn't be bothered with it so removed it completely. I'll probably get a new one in there sometime later on. Just focused on geting her started. mattdavies Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 Bad earth ? I had a problem on my car where this would happen and the main battery to chassis earth had a bad connection. Update I could not find out how to fix this so I just rewired the relay using the clutch switch as a trigger and now its working perfect!!Closed!!
