Oil Cooler Pump Needed

Hey guys. I need some help.

I do not own a Supra. I own a lexus IS200 (hear me out) [GRIN][/GRIN]

I'm after a 'Oil Cooler Pump' and here's why

I am about to fit a 'Remote Mount Turbo' and whilst I have been searching for a 'Scavenger Pump', somebody told me that a 'Oil Cooler Pump' from a Supra could do the same thing.

Can anyone please shed any light on this please?

A Part Number or one For Sale would be great!

Thank you in advance :)

if its simply to return the oil to the engine then read about but if its for a standalone oil system, turbos need a pressurized feed, you might be able to find the pressure needed for your turbo somewhere online, a high pressure pump will be needed.

200SX's also have an oil cooler on the diff but the pumps never work because they are thermostatically controlled and they never get hot enough to turn on and just pack in, not sure how the supra system works

The oil from a turbo centre section is usually foamy, and very hot, you may have to de-aerate it and cool it before pumping it back to the engine. Most pumps are very inefficient pumping arated oil. A diff pump from a Supra is not the right sort of thing at all. What do Porsche use, those turbos on some 911 derivatives look too low to gravity drain?
