Sheefa
Great work, all coming together nicely. I'm watching this with serious interest as I'll be going for a similar setup in April, still undecided between 6466 and 6266, and potentially the 6766! Too many choices. Can't wait to see your car in action. Point and blaze into the horizon!

Hemanhead
Like that battery idea! I wonder if mine would fit there. Looking great, love the hypertune, it really makes the engine bay.

Yours may be too big but you could trim the rear seat a bit
JackyBoi
I'd love to have that battery relocation done! Looks amazing!
David P
Batteries are ugly components that are best not seen, you'll soon tire of losing "things" down the hole, and/or setting fire to the carpet if you transport any metal components in the boot. Nic
and/or setting fire to the carpet if you transport any metal components in the boot. That was my first thought, shorting out terminals could end really badly.
David P
That was my first thought, shorting out terminals could end really badly. Maybe this is "The Pants" battery conversion?
Chris Bailey
We dont really use the boot much, and if we do there's no metal in there anyway. So not really much of a worry, worst case we can always add a piece of black carpet over the terminals. Looks a nice install to me .
Nic
Actually it looks like one of the terminals has a clear plastic cover over it. Edited February 10, 2016 by Nic (see edit history)
j_jza80
It's a very neat install, but it really does need a cover of some kind. It's very easy to say you don't use the boot, and then one day chuck something in there without thinking about it Edited February 10, 2016 by j_jza80 (see edit history)
Supraleeturbo
They have a cover over the positive terminal to stop there being any problem like that has been said!!
David P
Modified cars require regular tinkering and with this in mind, I cannot understand the obsession to hide as many under bonnet components as possible and making them more difficult to maintain. This same obsession of hiding things that were already hidden under the bonnet, then become nailed inside the car in clear sight making it look like the inside of a shed. Rant over.
