Tool needed for crank pulley removal

JMB

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I want to remove my crank pulley to do the timing belt routine, and by the way installing the ATI super damper...

What tool do I need... Where (Internet) can I buy them ?

I already looked everywhere, but on eBay So many possibilities, I am not sure it will fit... And I am not that good to build my own tools...

Thanks,

See my thread here mate. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?318278-What-have-you-done-to-your-Supra-today If you're confident enough to do the belt, the tool is dead easy. Just need angled metal, stronger the better, my first was aluminium and wasn't up to the job. Drill 3 holes in it and a couple of bolts. Puller to get the pulley off is pretty easy to make too.
