Hitbox Junkie
So to begin some of you may or may not know but I have been looking for about a year now for my first supra. I hope to keep this for a very long time ( A life time ) as this is the my perfect supra as I've wanted an TT aero 6 speed ever since i first saw fast and the furious when I was around 12 (I am 23 now) I traveled to Austec racing to view the car, Met Dude (old member on here I believe) and he was really helpful and a great guy. I then on the 14/02/2015 traveled down to Bude from bournemouth to purchase off of Jonathan (again a member on here) great guy had a chat about the car and how its got to how it is now, 4-5 years hes had this project. So I bought it and here we are now, the car is still up at Austech where I will get work carried out there to get it up and on the road Any hows to the car. It is a Black precision Single Turbo 6 speed Aerotop Spec: Body: 1993 Areotop NA Auto Engine: Boost logic manifold Precision 67 dual ball-bearing turbo 3.1L 2JZ-GTE stock block, rebuilt by SRD becuase it was in a bad state when we opened it at srd . 1000cc Apr injectors Gates Racing fanbelt Nur Sepc R exhaust Bore size: 87mm Running larger bearings The big ends are stock size Wiseco pistons Spool rods stock head thats been machined with Crower cams 264s ECU: Syvecs S6 Sensors and Harness Toucan Display Unit Drive Train: 6 Speed conversion getrag V160 AUTO LSD Suspension: Chris Wilson suspension setup (I don't know specifically) Wheels: Volk Racing GTS wheels made by Rays Wheels UK Brakes with braided lines Parana front discs with ebc redstuff brake pads Mtec rear discs with ebc redstuff brake pads I will be keeping this updated as its going to be a project and take time. Some pictures This is how it started a bare shell when Jonathan bought it Engine work 6 Speed Conversion Some pictures how the inertia is at the moment The engine went in List of things to do. I'm not too keen on the alloys so will change in the future to Classics, maybe CST hyper zeros or a similar alloy. Front bumper fitting with lip. Stock sides fitting. Fuel pump fitting ( bought a Walbro 455 waiting on fitting now ). Heater matrix plumbing/fixing A rear caliper has frozen so replace this. Basic map to run the engine in (as its going to be 0 miles as its been fully rebuilt so like a new car) When engine is ran in mapping/dyno time. Nic
Im not too keen on the alloys (anyone know what they are Im told they are rare?) so will change in the future to XXR 351's in platinum or hyper silver. They are Volk Racing GTS wheels made by Rays Wheels, very good quality and expensive when new, I'd be keeping them if they were mine. Clean up the brake disks and those wheels will look great
Justin Bieber
I'd be interested in the alloys if you did want to sell them, price depending, could make a nice change from my gt-c's!
