I have been having the most off the car apart, and have put most of the car together Again, except the engine and harness, can it be true that i cant turn on the slip off controle button without the engine in the car? should it not turn the green light on in the dash?? or is that not posible without the engine in the car??? WHO knows that???

i just had the whole car disassembled due renovation, and almost put the Whole car together, except motor and wiring harness on the engine, since I still need a bit there, so would test all the buttons inside the car, and everything seems normal, except button on slip off, so just wanted to know if THAT was normal since the engine not is mounted in the car yet?

Yes but it would be a bit annoying to have to disassemble the dashboard from each other Again if it should be able to activate the slip off light in the dash, without the engine in the car, if it examble was a wirring problem..

so it would be nice if someone knows that it is normal that it not turn on, on the dash, because the engine and harness not is refittet to the car yet
