Car Not Starting Ideas - Toad Alarm?

Firstly the Supra hasn't moved in about 2 months but I first noticed this around 3 weeks ago.

- Left the car battery in the Supra and it died so I took it out to trickle charge to get it back up and going. At the time the central locking didnt work and i believe it turned over in the usual dead battery manor.

- Re-charged the battery and a week later plugged in to find no indication of the battery going (Alarm usually goes off when it is connected)

- Car doesn't turn over but it sounds like the starter engages. No interior lights work, dash lights, wipers etc however the headlights turn on just fine.

- I know the battery is fine as i've tried it with 4 different good ones and same result each time.

- A friend was round had a look and we got the car running by using a power probe on the starter so she'll run when she gets power by the looks of it.

- i've checked all the fuses and they seem to be fine as are the relays.

- I'm thinking that the alarm has decided it doesn't want to work anymore but hoping that's not the case and i've missed something obvious.

Any other thoughts or have seen this problem before?
